Financial Assistance & Fellowships

Most doctoral students and some master's students are supported through graduate research and teaching assistantships that provide full tuition and a monthly stipend. An applicant desiring a graduate assistantship beginning in the fall semester should submit a completed application for graduate admission by January 15 of the same calendar year.

The Chancellor's Graduate Fellowship provides support for full-time study leading to the completion of the doctorate in most of Washington University's academic programs.
